Operating again in a time-shifted fashion, but is it too much to suggest that 'Blink' is the best Doctor Who story... ever? Could it even be the best thing Steven Moffat has ever done? Less clear.

Definitely *amongst* the best Doctor Who episodes ever. Could have done without the last 30 seconds though. Almost definitely the best episode of new Who (though the 2-parter immediately before was a contender).
As for the best thing Moffat has ever done? It was certainly a lot better than 'Chalk'.
